This Banana Nice Cream has a creamy base made from frozen bananas and antioxidant-rich cacao. It delivers the satisfaction of chocolate ice cream without dairy or refined sugar. Walnuts provide hormone-balancing nutrients, while dark chocolate and bananas help reduce inflammation and support better digestion.

- 3 ripe bananas, sliced & frozen
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder (magnesium + antioxidants)
- 2 tablespoons almond milk (or oat milk)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (omega-3s + hormone support)
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs (70%+ cacao, low sugar)
Directions
Blend base: In a food processor, blend frozen bananas, cacao powder, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy (like soft-serve).
Add toppings: Scoop into bowls. Top with chopped walnuts and dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs.
Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or freeze an additional 1–2 hours for firmer scoops.
