October 23,2025

This Chia Berry Pudding with Almond Butter Swirl is a delicious, fibroid-friendly dessert that nourishes your body from the inside out. Packed with fiber, omega-3s, and antioxidants, this creamy chia pudding helps support hormone balance and may reduce inflammation associated with fibroids. The combination of chia seeds and flaxseeds promotes healthy digestion and balanced estrogen levels, while the almond butter swirl adds satisfying protein and healthy fats. Fresh berries bring a burst of natural sweetness and vitamin C, helping improve iron absorption for those managing fibroid-related fatigue or anemia. Whether enjoyed for breakfast, a snack, or dessert, this easy-to-make chia pudding is a guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet cravings while supporting uterine health.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

½ cup chia seeds

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1–2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

2 tablespoons almond butter (or cashew butter)

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (for added fiber & omega-3s)

A sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

Mix pudding base: In a jar or bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup/honey, and flaxseed. Stir well so chia seeds don’t clump.

Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.

Prepare toppings: Wash and slice berries if needed. Warm almond butter slightly so it’s drizzle-friendly.

Assemble: Divide chia pudding into bowls or glasses. Top with fresh berries, swirl almond butter on top, and dust with cinnamon.

Why It’s Fibroid-Friendly

Chia & flax seeds → high in fiber + omega-3s to support hormone balance.

Berries → rich in antioxidants & vitamin C, which may help reduce inflammation and improve iron absorption.

Almond butter → provides healthy fats and protein without dairy.

No refined sugar → sweetened only with fruit and a touch of natural maple syrup or honey.
