September 18,2025

Banana Nice Cream

Our Fibroid Fighters community loves easy, nutritious meals — here’s one dietitian-approved recipe we can’t wait for you to try. For women managing fibroids, this dessert is more than a sweet treat—it’s a nourishing option that may help ease symptoms while keeping dessert time guilt-free.

This Banana Nice Cream has a creamy base made from frozen bananas and antioxidant-rich cacao. It delivers the satisfaction of chocolate ice cream without dairy or refined sugar. Walnuts provide hormone-balancing nutrients, while dark chocolate and bananas help reduce inflammation and support better digestion.

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced & frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder (magnesium + antioxidants)
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (omega-3s + hormone support)
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs (70%+ cacao, low sugar)

Directions

Blend base: In a food processor, blend frozen bananas, cacao powder, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy (like soft-serve).

Add toppings: Scoop into bowls. Top with chopped walnuts and dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs.

Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or freeze an additional 1–2 hours for firmer scoops.

Why It’s Fibroid-Friendly

✓ Bananas → potassium + natural sweetness without refined sugar.

✓ Cacao → rich in magnesium & antioxidants, supports reduced inflammation.

✓ Walnuts → provide omega-3s, help balance hormones.

✓ Dark chocolate (70%+) → antioxidant-rich, low in sugar, satisfies chocolate cravings healthily.
