Sparks helped define a generation after becoming the youngest winner in American Idol history. Beyond her acclaimed music, television, and film career, she has also championed health and wellness initiatives, making her a fitting voice for this year’s event.

This year’s Your Health in Full Bloom expanded its focus on women’s health to include multispecialty conversations centered on whole-body wellness and health discovery.
